Shania Twain returns from “DWTS” drama with an uplifting performanceNo matter what drama follows Shania Twain, she’s still the one
She proved that on Oct. 25 when she dropped by CBS’ “The Talk” to energetically perform her feel-good tune, “Life’s About to Get Good” from her brand new album, “Now.”
During her performance, Shania looked like a queen. She graced the stage in a chic silver ensemble, and giant hoop earrings. She also wore her voluminous hair down in spunky ringlets. As she paced back and forth onstage, her backing band jammed out on their instruments amid a retro background. Meanwhile, the packed studio audience clapped along to the upbeat melody.
Shania’s uplifting performance follows recent chatter surrounding her Oct. 23 appearance on “Dancing with the Stars.” On that day, many viewers took to Twitter to blast her with complaints about her role as a guest judge, as well as her performance of “Soldier” from the new film “Thank You For Your Service.”
Regardless of the negativity, its clear Shania is not letting anything get her down!
“I’ve been through so many transitions in my life. We all have, ups and downs, and ups and downs and more ups and downs,” the strong star told “The Talk” co-hosts during the sit-down portion of her visit. “Life is like a series of that, I feel. And the contrast is very important. I think we need to have those lows to recognize when we’re in a good moment.”
